We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed:
- Lenders and funding providers, to obtain terms and progress an application. We will not submit an application in your name without your agreement.
- Professional parties involved in your transaction, such as valuers and solicitors.
- Service providers who host our website and deliver our email, acting on our instructions.
- Regulators and authorities where the law requires it.
Business Software enquiries
When you use our software enquiry form, we record your name, email address, selected service and project requirements. You can also provide your organisation, phone number, current tools, approximate user count, budget range, timescale and preferred contact method. We use this information to discuss your requirements and respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, bank statements, tax identifiers or sensitive financial information.
Software enquiries are held in a separate part of our website administration system. Access is restricted to authorised staff. The form records the source page path and the privacy notice version; it does not store arbitrary URL query values or full IP addresses in the enquiry record. How long we keep finance enquiries
Enquiries that do not lead to an application are kept for up to two years so that we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Where finance is arranged, we keep records for as long as the law and regulatory rules require, which is normally at least six years after the transaction ends.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored on servers operated by our hosting and email providers. If any provider processes data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your rights
