We are a broker, not a lender. Our job is to understand what you are trying to achieve, work out which type of finance fits, and present your case to lenders and funding providers whose criteria match it.

That matters because specialist lending is not one market. A lender that is quick on auction purchases may not fund a ground-up development. One that likes trading businesses may not lend against a mixed-use investment. Knowing who does what saves time and avoids declined applications.

Once you decide to go ahead, we manage the application and stay involved until the funds are released.
